Property Development is another principal activity of the PILECON Group. The Property Division within PILECON is responsible for undertaking feasibility studies, project management, property management and evaluation of possible avenues for joint ventures, mergers or take-overs in property development.

Its current scope of activities covers:-

• DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES,

• DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES,

• COMPLEX MANAGEMENT,

• RESORT MANAGEMENT.

This Division is manned by experienced and qualified staff from various disciplines ranging from planning and project management to quantity surveying and sales administration. It is therefore capable of providing all-round project management services in the implementation of the Division's own development projects and those of other land-owners.
